Established in 2016 in Kathmandu

D Sketchbook was established in 2016 in Kathmandu, born out of a desire to redefine architecture and engineering in post-2015 Nepal. Witnessing the vulnerabilities of generic building patterns, our founders committed to an integrated studio model—one where architectural creativity is inextricably linked to structural engineering rigor and on-site construction supervision.

Over the years, the firm has grown from bespoke residential commissions to major regional hospitality destinations, commercial headquarters, and national infrastructure contributions, including terminal flow planning for Gautam Buddha International Airport in Bhairahawa.

Today, D Sketchbook operates across Nepal’s primary growth centers—Kathmandu, Bhairahawa, Pokhara, Dhangadhi, and the Lumbini corridor—delivering thoughtful, resilient environments that elevate daily life.
