How does an initial architectural consultation work?
We review your site coordinates, cadastral boundaries, and programmatic brief. We discuss initial feasibility, municipal zoning rules, and project timelines before outlining a formal scope of architectural and engineering work.
Does D Sketchbook take on projects outside the Kathmandu Valley?
Yes. A substantial portion of our work is outside the valley—including major completed works in Bhairahawa, Dhangadhi, and Pokhara. Our studio routinely coordinates regional site surveys, municipal approvals, and resident engineering supervision across all provinces of Nepal.
Do you provide structural and engineering services independently?
While our integrated practice model delivers end-to-end architecture and engineering together, we also accept standalone commissions for seismic structural design, infrastructure engineering, and construction management.
